Vanessa Bruno's latest mini film for her 2010 collection featuring the ever-wonderful Lou Doillon.

Her collection isn't helping me get my head out of the clouds.

Second skin

Since I first laid eyes on Acne's Rita jacket long ago, I've nursed a little soft spot in my heart for clothing with lamb's wool.

Wang's army

Swapping guns and grenades for jerseys and fishtail plaits.

A bit of Phillip Lim to ease into winter

Phillip Lim's Fall 2010 collection embodies everything that I love about the colder months; heavy coats, double denim, leather, sheepskin collars (new acquaintance) and enough layering to forget the extra ten kilograms gained from comfort eating. Yep, I sure do love winter.

Seasons changing

Autumn! I've missed you.
I want to be back wading through the yellow leaves in Hyde Park, or fumbling (too many times) when ordering hot chocolate in Florence.

Weekday happiness

I picked up this skirt from an op-shop for $2. My initial attraction to it was the resemblance it bears to the Alexander Wang skirt for Opening Ceremony he designed for the Where the Wild Things are line. Although in a darker colour without the contrasted fur, it still has the same ripples of shading going vertically down the skirt. A bit of a winner I would say.
