All lookbooks should be this interesting.
I should have paid more attention in my Illustrator class instead of trawling through pictures of love interests, then distracting everyone around me by pointing out how good their hair looks.

Maiko Takeda is a Central Saint Martins college graduate. Her collection Cinematography presents the concept of wearing shadows as jewelry. The pieces are constructed from a thin metal with thousands of tiny holes in varying sizes. When the light hits the holes, an image is projected on the skin. Mind blowing.

She dreams in colour, she dreams in red

Judging by my recently dyed red hair and penchant for layering, I'm all nostalgic about 90s fashion... hold the button-snap tracksuit pants.

Preen Resort 2011

I like to class myself as an open-minded follower of fashion; constantly evolving with every seam overlocked. Browsing through the Resort 2011 collections though underwhelmed me and even Chanel had me doubting the direction that fashion is taking. Then came Preen. Simple designs in monochromatic colours highighted with bold pieces; a combination which always wins me over.
